Breakfast cereal

Brunch, actually.

Lately I've been trying to live a healthier life. I've been working out regularly and eating less dairy and red meat. I'm also trying to keep a food log, it helps me keep track of calories and nutrients. I'm sort of starting to notice some changes. Teeny tiny ones, but they're definitely worth it.
1 cup Special K cereal + 1 cup light plain soy milk + 2 small strawberries + 1/3 banana
