You'll need:
1 ripe banana,
2 cups of milk,
and a blender.
Instructions:
1. Cut banana into chunks.
2. Throw them all in the blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour in your cup. Ta-da!
Optional:
If you want a richer, sweeter flavor, add 1 tsp vanilla extract and some sugar (or syrup).
Adding ice cubes will turn it into a cold, all natural banana milkshake.
